If you’ve read my previous posts then you know that I’m currently battling postpartum depression, but prior to that I had a battle with depression that I mostly overcame, long before having my children. Mental health matters a great deal to me. Not just mine, but everyone’s mental health, so whether you’re a mom dealing with PPD, or just anyone who comes across this post, these resources will be here for you in case they’re needed! Note, this page will be continuously updated as more are added, a long with learned information, and helpful graphics! Check back anytime to see updates!
